The platform never operates your plant
There is no control path in the product and no permission that could grant one. EntergaiaOS observes. Final authority stays with your hardwired interlock chain, where your safety case needs it to be.
Missing data is never a pass
A compliance rule with no evidence returns not assessable. It never quietly returns compliant. Absent evidence is a finding in its own right, and treating it as a pass is how audits fail.
Savings are labelled by how well we know them
A figure is reported as metered only where source truth exists, otherwise modelled, otherwise unverified. One overstated saving that you discover discredits every other number we have ever shown you.
Closing a finding requires an outcome
There is no path to closed without recording what it turned out to be. That one required field is what lets us publish real accuracy against real outcomes rather than assertions.
We count what we missed
Failures with no preceding finding are recorded too. Without that, accuracy is gameable by simply raising fewer alarms — which is how monitoring vendors routinely overstate performance.
