How we collect, use and protect personal information submitted through this website. Last updated August 2026.
Entergaia Technologies Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through entergaia.com. We are a United Kingdom company. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@entergaia.com.
If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, organisation, role, the sector and product you selected, a description of your sites and assets, and your message.
We also record the IP address the submission came from, and the time it was received. This is used to rate-limit the form against automated abuse — a necessary security measure for a public endpoint.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking on this website.
We use your enquiry to reply to you and to discuss whether our products fit your requirements. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. You would reasonably expect a reply, and replying is the entire purpose for which you gave us the information.
For the IP address and timestamp, our lawful basis is also legitimate interests: protecting the website from abuse.
We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your enquiry is delivered to our internal systems and read by the people at Entergaia who can answer it. We use third-party service providers to host this website and to deliver enquiries to our team. They process the information only on our instructions and only for that purpose.
Where information is held outside the UK, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement. We will tell you which providers we use and where your data is held if you ask.
We keep enquiries for 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation you resume. After that they are deleted. If you become a customer, your information is retained under the terms of that contract instead.
Rate-limiting records containing IP addresses are short-lived and are not retained as a record of your enquiry.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email info@entergaia.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk, or by calling their helpline.
If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This notice was last updated in August 2026.
